The House committee is charged with directing and controlling all matters pertaining to the use and maintenance of the Clubhouse. The House committee establishes the rules for the use of the Clubhouse.  They help in establishing a five-year plan for the future of the Clubhouse (e.g.- renovations, expansion, etc.). Committee members give the Clubhouse a thorough cleaning at Fall and Spring Clean Ups. Committee members are also called upon throughout the year, to work on minor repairs and improvements to the house.

The House Chair acts as the rental agent for MYC working with individuals wishing to rent the Clubhouse for a special function. Committee members help with the advertising of this facility as a rental property.
