The Grounds Committee shall have control of all matters pertaining to the use and maintenance of the MYC grounds. They shall also have the power to prescribe and administer rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the grounds and facilities. Grounds supervises the caretakers in maintaining the lawn which includes the responsibilities to plant, feed, weed and water the flowers, and mowing of the lawn. Grounds ensures that the septic systems are periodically pumped, and negotiates the annual contracts for trash and snow removal. In general, the Grounds Committee keeps our grounds as attractive as possible for all to enjoy, including rentals.
